Cancellations & Refunds
1. Digital Products Services
Our offerings (courses, premium community access, reports) are digital products. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital content, refunds are processed under specific conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable if you have accessed or downloaded significant portions of the course material.
- To request a refund, email us at support@investorthings.com with your transaction details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Payment Failures
In the event of a payment failure where the amount has been deducted from your account but access has not been granted:
- Please do not worry. The amount is usually auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 48-72 hours.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@investorthings.com with your transaction reference number. We will verify the status with Razorpay and ensure you either get access or a manual refund.
4. Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your renewal at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
